SHIPPING POLICY

We're still in the process of setting up our sparkling online shop. Until then, selected purchases (digital and tangible) can be made through CD Baby, Australian Music Centre and iTunes.

Each site has its own Shipping Policy which you can find on their website. 

RETURN POLICY

Sometimes despite the best efforts of Collusion and bubble-wrap, things get damaged in transit. If you purchased directly from Collusion - at one of our concerts or online - and the product arrived damaged or broken, Collusion will work speedily to get you a replacement. Contact us via email as soon as you receive the product so we can fix the situation for you.

Refund policies through third-party sites are at the discretion of the re-seller.

We can't refund products if you change your mind, but Collusion honours your statutory rights to refund under Australian consumer law.
